Our Offices

CCC is conveniently located between Veteran's Highway and Jericho Turnpike, just east of the Sunken Meadow Parkway and about one mile East of Commack Road. CCC's offices occupy the top floor of a unique, architecturally designed building, surrounded by a beautiful, park-like atmosphere with ample parking. In addition to our comfortable waiting room, we have four therapy suites--including one specifically designed for children and one that accommodates group sessions and classes.
